Introduction:To optimize the smart assistant and resource integration for more immediate services to faculty, staff, and students, the "Regulations for the Management of the Smart Assistant Platform" have been established. Additionally, a "Smart Assistant Platform Management Promotion Team" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Team) has been created to continuously update and expand the knowledge base, enhance response accuracy, and improve the overall service of the smart assistant system.
