Form Overview
Teaching, research, and administrative units intending to establish a website or a dedicated information section must submit an application through their respective website administrators. The "A271030313_Campus Web Platform New Website Application/Modification Form" must be completed. In principle, websites should be hosted on internal servers and systems. If external hosting is required, a justification must be provided and approved by the university president. Newly established units must apply for a new website within six months of their establishment and launch it within three months of the application date. All applicants must provide bilingual web pages in Chinese and English, unless an exception is approved by the university president.
Pre-Website Establishment Information
For new website applications, units should download and complete the following forms:
Standard document approval process:
- Select "Parallel Countersign" and remove "Remarks" → Countersigning unit: Office of Library and Information Services or Countersigning personnel: Chou Ya-Ting, Library
Special cases requiring university president approval:
- Select "Parallel Countersign" and escalate to the president → Countersigning unit: Office of Library and Information Services or Countersigning personnel: Chou Ya-Ting, Library
After applying for a new website, units must complete the Campus Server Setup Application Form (DNS) and submit it to the Computing Center.
Post-Website Establishment Information
- Website administrators must apply for management account permissions by submitting the A271030113_Campus Web Platform Administrator Account Application/Modification Form via Notes (OA).
- A monthly submission of the A271030513_Web and Social Media Self-Inspection Form is required.
- To update content on the university homepage, complete the A271030213_Website Update/Modification Application Form.
- University-level research centers, research, teaching, and administrative units must follow the application procedures. Relevant documents should be provided for verification before inclusion on the university homepage.
