2.If you see the course titles but not the grades, it means that the course instructors have not yet entered the grades.

Q3: Why doesn't the Accounting Office  have my post-office account information even though I have submitted it to the post office?

1.Post office account numbers are transferred into the accounting system four times a month (on the 1st, 7th, 15th, and 23rd). Please enter your account number before the transfer.

2.When the account information has been saved, the system will automatically record the number of your resident certificate. You should ensure that the Registry Division has entered your resident certificate number into the student academic record system before you enter your account information into the system.
