因應學校單位部門代號新舊轉換之因素，各單位網頁連至規章辦法的網址皆須將「舊部門代號」調整為「新部門代號」，舉例圖資處規章辦法連結由「........id=A0700300」更新為「........id=A2700300」

因應學校單位部門代號新舊轉換之因素，關於各單位網頁連至規章辦法的網址，若為舊部門代號則會產生找不到規章的頁面，故若有找不到規章的狀況皆須將舊部門代號之網址調整為新部門代號之網址即可正常顯示規章辦法，舉例如：圖資處舊部門代號的規章辦法連結為「.....................id=A0700300」需更改成新部門代號的規章辦法連結如「.....................id=A2700300」，規章辦法連結即可正常顯示；另外提醒各單位網頁記得「避免將個資檔案放置單位網頁」，單位可自行隨機抽查有無歷史久遠的個資資料檔案還放置在文檔管理等頁面，若有找到可刪除個資檔案，請參考，謝謝！
【舉例一：以圖資處為例】
網址底部為規章的部門編碼→圖資處舊部門代號為A0700300
需將舊部門代號改為新部門代號A2700300，規章辦法連結即可正常顯示

If the URL contains the old department code, it will result in a "page not found" error for the regulations. Therefore, please adjust the URLs by replacing the old department code with the new one to ensure proper display of the regulations. Additionally, please avoid placing personal data on the unit's webpage. Units are also encouraged to conduct self-checks for any outdated personal data files still on document management pages.
