Unauthorized downloading (reproducing) and forwarding (publicly transmitting) of audio-visual works that are protected by copyright and uploading them to other platforms will constitute an infringement of others' music works, sound recordings, and audio-visual works' reproduction and public transmission rights.

If you know that the linked website has infringing activities, and you still provide the link to the public, you may become an accomplice in infringing the public transmission rights of the copyright owner, which may result in joint liability for infringement.

When you find your work uploaded to an online platform without authorization, you can assert your rights as follows:

1.Notify the ISP (such as YouTube, Facebook) to take down the work.
2.File a complaint with the Second Special Police Corps of the National Police Agency, Ministry of the interrior
hotline: 0800 016 597, or file a civil or criminal lawsuit with the court.
3.Apply for mediation.
