Which administrative unit and special area website on campus is your top pick?
Which administrative unit's social media is your favorite?
We invite everyone to vote for the most popular website and social media platform!
Voters have a chance to win a small gift!

Voting Rules

1. Eligible Participants: All faculty, staff, and students
2. Votes: Each person gets 5 votes for the Most Popular awards. You cannot vote for the same unit or option multiple times.
3. Among the participants, 5 winners will be randomly selected to receive a small gift. The winner list will be announced on the library's website on Friday, October 11th. (If the gift is not claimed within the designated time, the spot will be reallocated to a randomly selected replacement from the participant pool.)

How Votes Are Counted

• Most Popular Campus Website: The top 5 administrative units with the highest number of votes will win. (Teaching and research units are not participating this time.)
• Most Popular Social Media: The top 5 social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) from the 21 competing administrative units will be selected based on the "August 2024 Website Self-Check Report" submitted by the units. (Teaching and research units are not participating this time.)
• Most Popular Special Area Website: The top 2 websites from competing special areas with the highest votes will win. (Teaching and research units are not participating this time.)

Voter Selection for Prizes: 5 voters will be randomly selected through software from the participant list.

From Monday, September 16, 2024, 00:00 to Tuesday, October 1, 2024, 23:59
