Dear Graduate Students,
To assist students in writing their theses and to provide a tool for checking the similarity of thesis content, the National Central Library, in collaboration with the National Taiwan Normal University team, has developed the "WriteAid Similarity Scanner." This system is now open for trial use. We encourage you to make full use of this opportunity.
When submitting documents to your department or advisors, please continue to use the Turnitin system to generate similarity reports. This trial is solely for the National Central Library's system testing and will not be used in any graduation procedures at our university.
Since the comparison scope of the "WriteAid Similarity Scanner." differs from that of the "Turnitin System," students are advised to use both systems for similarity checks after passing the oral defense and finalizing the thesis to ensure comprehensive and accurate results.
Please remember to save the similarity check results to avoid discrepancies caused by system updates, which may affect future academic ethics investigations. Preparing in advance can effectively reduce risks and protect your research achievements.
How to use:
Data Source: The system includes theses collected in the National Central Library's thesis database, including both public and non-public theses.
Trial Period: From now until Friday, February 28, 2025.
Trial Restrictions:
