Title: Canva with AI for Presentation Training

We were honored to invite Teacher Cai Ya-Qi (Piao Piao), Head of Visual Design at Fan Ying Media, to lead the course “Canva with AI for Presentation.” The training provided an in-depth introduction to Canva’s features and applications, covering basic interface operations, graphic and text design practice, Canva’s paid plans, project and template management, as well as creative exploration in the Canva “Dream Lab” and AI-generated graphics techniques. The course aimed to enhance participants’ capabilities in campus social media management and visual design, helping faculty, staff, and students better understand how Canva combined with AI can improve work efficiency.

The course targeted social media managers, website administrators, and all faculty, staff, and students. Teacher Cai guided participants step by step, helping them become familiar with Canva’s basic functions, from style selection and template usage to text input and fine-tuning details, while providing hands-on practice. Participants not only mastered the foundational skills but also gained a clear understanding of how to integrate AI tools in Canva to boost productivity.

One highlight of the course was Teacher Cai demonstrating how to use Canva’s built-in AI tools to quickly generate high-quality visual content and further edit it to meet specific needs. This is especially useful for campus administrative applications, significantly improving efficiency and design variety. Throughout the session, Teacher Cai interacted with participants, including website and social media managers, faculty, and students, answering practical questions and providing step-by-step guidance for creating personalized presentation projects, which can also be applied to websites and social media platforms.
