The 18th e-Portfolio Student Learning Journey Competition
一、 Objective of the Event:
The e-Portfolio Student Learning Journey Competition aims to systematically record students' academic experiences and achievements. This comprehensive e-Portfolio serves immediate purposes like scholarship applications and part-time work, as well as long-term benefits in preparing students for further education and employment. The competition encourages mutual learning among students, and combined with resume optimization courses, strives to enhance the quality and quantity of ePortfolio content for academic and professional success.
二、Participants and Registration Instructions:
1. Starting now, each second-year and fourth-year technical program class advisor should assign at least five students to participate. Participants must submit the participant list via email or hard copy to Ms. Lin through the class representative at the library.
2. Registration Period: From March 3, 2025 (Monday) to March 12, 2025 (Wednesday).
三、Competition Rules:
1. Competition Briefing: It will take place on March 12 (Wednesday) from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the open lecture area on the Fourth floor of the Library and Information Building.
2. Participants: second-year and fourth-year student (5 students per class minimum).
3. Portfolio Creation Period: From the start of registration until April 15 (Tuesday)
4. Portfolio Submission Deadline and Rules:
(1) Submission Deadline: Submit the competition portfolio in PDF format via email to Ms. Lin Pin- Chun at the library before 5:00 PM on April 15 (Tuesday).

四、Award Scheme:
1. April17(Thursday) Announcement of winners.
2. April18(Friday)-April25(Friday) Certificate and voucher collection period (non-redeemable after this period).

五、Notes:
1. The organizer may adjust the number of awardees (or declare vacancies) based on competition results, within the total scholarship amount limit.
2. In the event of a tie in the finals, the participant with the higher score in specific criteria will be ranked higher, following the order of "Personal Information" > "Part-Time Work and Extracurricular Activities" > "Works, Certificates, and Honors" > "Visual Aesthetics."
3. Entries violating copyright or intellectual property rights will result in disqualification, and participants are liable for legal consequences.
4. By participating, contestants grant the university the right to publicly display and use their submissions without notice for observation purposes.
5. Winners must claim their awards within the specified period, or they will be considered forfeiting their prizes
