We were honored to invite Ricky Yen (顏毓賢), Marketing Director of the Marketing Planning Department at Fenghe Creative Co., Ltd., to lead the workshop “Integrated Social Media Marketing for Student Recruitment | Social Media Positioning and Theme Setting Training.”

The course provided an in-depth exploration of comprehensive social media marketing strategies, teaching participants how to effectively position, plan, and execute social media initiatives. The training also incorporated ChatGPT tools to enhance social media marketing capabilities. Key topics included the Business Model Canvas, departmental responsibility allocation, and theme/content planning (integrating ChatGPT). Participants were encouraged to raise questions and propose solutions, which the instructor analyzed and provided guidance on.

Through this course, faculty, staff, and students gained deeper practical skills in social media positioning and theme setting, learning how to leverage social media and websites to drive traffic. The workshop emphasized the importance of integrating social media and website management into broader marketing strategies. Case studies were shared to illustrate recruitment effectiveness and brand impact, helping participants clarify roles, understand digital marketing contexts, and develop actionable marketing frameworks.
