3. Meeting Details:
The 33 competing websites are divided into four sessions. Please ensure designated personnel attend and present. Absence without reason will be considered a forfeiture of the competition.
Each website has a total of 10 minutes. The first 5 minutes are for each unit to report using the “F12” function on the desktop computer at the lectern in the 1st-floor computer classroom. A reminder will be given at 4 minutes, and a bell will ring at 5 minutes. The remaining 5 minutes are for judges to ask questions and provide feedback.
After the report and Q&A, please leave during the session break if possible. If you leave immediately after your presentation, ensure it does not disturb the next unit. Attendance is mandatory for the final summary on 8/7.

8/6–8/7 website presentations and review meetings: 70%
8/25–9/5 post-review website assessment: 30%
Additional social media bonus review during 8/25–9/5: 10%
