Reminder: 114-1 (Fall 2025) Thesis Submission & Winter Break

publish date : 2026-01-28 update date : 2026-01-28

Hello to all graduate students:

A reminder for those planning to graduate in the first semester of the 114th academic year (2025 Fall): the deadline for thesis format review is February 9, 2026 (Monday), and late submissions will not be accepted.
To avoid any delays due to the winter break and service suspension, graduate students are strongly advised to complete the finalization and format review process in advance, rather than submitting close to the deadline.

Please note that the library will be closed on February 9 (Monday) and February 10 (Tuesday); however, I will still be in the office handling thesis-related matters.
From February 11 (Wednesday) to February 22 (Sunday), I will be out of the office during the winter break, and thesis-related matters will not be processed during this period.

  • For those who have completed the oral defense, please promptly revise your thesis, obtain approval from your advisor for the final draft, and proceed with the "Thesis Format Review."
  • For those who have not completed the oral defense, please be aware that time will be needed for thesis revisions after passing the defense.

Please also note that the copy/printing service will have adjusted hours during the winter break. Students are strongly advised to complete related tasks in advance to avoid any delays in printing or submitting their thesis. Copy/Printing Service Contact: (02) 2908-9899 ext. 2120

The guidelines for thesis submission are attached.
