The protection of intellectual property rights encourages innovation and creation, and promotes the circulation and application of knowledge.
All faculty, staff, and students are reminded to develop proper intellectual property awareness in teaching, research, learning, and administrative work, and to jointly maintain a campus environment that respects creativity.

1. Follow the Five Key Principles

• Respect Creativity

When using others’ works, respect the results of their creativity and confirm whether authorization has been obtained or whether the use complies with fair use principles.

• Use Legally

When using teaching materials, images, videos, music, software, fonts, and other resources, please choose legally authorized sources and avoid illegal photocopying, downloading, or use of unauthorized content.

• Cite Properly

When citing others’ text, charts, data, images, or audiovisual content, please clearly indicate the source to uphold academic integrity.

• Share Carefully

Before sharing materials, teaching resources, or others’ works, please confirm whether the content may be made public, reposted, or reused, and pay attention to copyright and personal privacy protection.

• Maintain Together

Let us work together to build a campus culture that respects intellectual property rights and create a safe, friendly learning and research environment.

Teaching Use	When teaching materials or course content include others’ works, please obtain authorization or indicate the source in accordance with relevant regulations.
Research Publication	Before submitting or publishing research, please confirm that the sources of charts, data, and text are legal to avoid copyright disputes.
Digital Resources	When downloading software, fonts, videos, or music, please choose legally authorized sources.
Social Media	When reposting or sharing others’ content, please respect copyright and privacy rights to avoid infringement.
Collaboration and Commissioned Work	When collaborating with others or commissioning creative work, please agree in advance on the ownership and use of intellectual property rights to protect the rights and interests of all parties.
Innovation and Giving Back	Make good use of licensing mechanisms to share outcomes, promote knowledge circulation, and create greater social value.

3. Important Reminder

Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal liabilities, including civil compensation, criminal liability, or administrative penalties.
Please start with daily practices, use all types of resources carefully, and stay away from infringement risks.
