3. Evaluation Criteria: Website presentation and review meetings 60%, website inspection after the review meetings 40%, totaling 100%.

Evaluation Item Weighting Description
Completeness of Chinese website content 15% For content completeness, see the Website and Social Media Self-Inspection Form.
Completeness of English website content 15% For content completeness, see the Website and Social Media Self-Inspection Form.
Timeliness of website announcements 10% Update frequency of homepage announcements, with Chinese and English each accounting for 5%. Updated in August 2026: 5%; updated between March and July 2026: 3%; not updated between March and August 2026: 0%.

4. Additional Notes:

  1. Participating websites do not need to provide any additional written documents; the judges will go directly to the participating websites to review them.
  2. The judges will also review each unit's August Website and Social Media Self-Inspection Form, submitted at the end of August.
  3. Social media bonus items should be listed and submitted at the bottom of the August Website and Social Media Self-Inspection Form.
