Which administrative unit's or specialized website on campus is your number one?
Which administrative unit's social media is your number one?
We invite everyone to join in and choose the most popular website and the most popular social media!
Voters have a chance to receive a small gift!

Voting Rules

1. Eligibility: All faculty, staff and students.
2. Votes: 5 votes per person for each Popularity Award. The same option of the same unit may not be selected more than once.
3. Five voters will be drawn to receive a small gift. The list will be announced on 10/07 (Wed) on the Library and Information Services Office website. (If a prize is not claimed within the designated period, the quota will be released to a redrawn replacement list.)

Vote Counting Method (How the Lists Are Produced)

Most Popular Campus Website: the top 5 vote recipients among the participating administrative units. (Teaching and research units are not taking part this year.)
Most Popular Social Media: among the participating administrative units, taken from the August 2026 Website Self-Inspection Forms submitted by the 20 participating websites - the unit Facebook, Instagram and YouTube entries filled in under "1. Website Basic Information" → "Social Media" - the top 5 vote recipients. (Teaching and research units are not taking part this year.)
Most Popular Specialized Website: the top 2 vote recipients among the participating specialized websites. (Teaching and research units are not taking part this year.)

Gift recipients: 5 people drawn at random by software from the list of those who voted.
