配合教務處辦理109(二)碩(博)士生離校手續通知-圖書館論文審核、上傳、繳交日程(含各項作業截止日，逾時無法受理)。
因應防疫措施，圖書館提供「明志科技大學109（二）學年度碩（博）士論文離校繳交專用信封封面」(請於本網頁下方下載檔案)，請已完成論文格式審核及論文上傳國家圖書館者，填妥專用信封封面上之資訊及自行檢核勾選完成後，黏貼於信封上方並以限時掛號郵寄方式，將論文文件寄至本館辦理離校繳交手續。
