Q1:I forgot my password for the Campus portal site. How can I recover my password? 

A1: 

1. Please visit the Campus portal site webpage and click “Forgot Password?”.

2. Entering username, ID number, and alternate email address, and the system will send a password to the alternate email.

3.If you forget your alternate email  or did not set it up, follow the procedure below:

(1) Send an email to the Computer Center(cc@o365.mcut.edu.tw) and ask the staff to reset the password for you.

(2) Bringyour Student ID card and ID Card or Resident Certificate with you to the Computer Center and ask the staff to reset the password for you.

A1:

1.請至校園入口網登入頁點選「密碼忘記了嗎?」。

2.輸入帳號、身份證號及備用信箱後按送出，系統即會發送一組密碼至備用信箱。

3.若備用信箱遺忘或未設定，請參考下列處理方式:

(1)寄信給電算中心(cc@o365.mcut.edu.tw)，由負責人員協助重設密碼。

(2)本人攜帶證件至電算中心，由負責人員協助重設密碼。

A3:Since the date of completion of the applications for Resident Certificates for  international students is after the date when school begins, the Registry Division will generate numbers at random, and provide students with access after the students’studies begin.
