Q1: I forgot my password for the Notes or ERP. How can I recover my password?

A1:

1.If you forgot the password for Remote system or ERP, please visit the Campus portal site webpage and reset the password. This action will update synchronously.

2.If you forgot the password for Notes, send an email to the Computer Center and ask the staff to reset the password for you, which may take a day.

Q1:忘記Notes/ERP密碼，該如何取回?

A1:

1.若為遠端連線應用系統及ERP忘記密碼，則請重設定校園入口網站密碼，即可同步更新。

2.若為Notes忘記密碼，則寄信給電算中心，由負責人員協助重置密碼。(簽核需約等待1個工作日)

Q2: If the Notes or ERP pops up the password expiration prompt or wants to change the password. What should I do?

A2: Please change the Campus portal site password first, and then change the Notes password, in this particular order. Do the same for ERP.

1.Campus portal site: setting>last changed at...>enter password>enter new password

2.Notes: file>security>user security>change password>enter password>enter new password. (If it asks you to change the Windows password, select "cancel")

*The Notes password is not synchronized with the Campus portal site, it needs to be changed manually.*

Q2:若Notes/ERP跳出密碼到期提示或想變更密碼，該如何處理?

A2: 應先更改校園入口網的密碼，再更新Notes密碼。(勿顛倒，ERP同理)

1.校園入口網:個人設定>上次變更於...>輸入舊密碼>輸入新密碼與再次確認。

2.Notes:檔案>安全性>使用者安全性>變更密碼>輸入舊密碼>輸入新密碼與再次確認。(若跳出是否需更改Windows 密碼，請選擇【取消】)

*Notes密碼是沒有跟校園入口網同步的，得手動更新*

Q3:My computer can't connect to the HDD and printer. What should I do?

A3:Please log in again to the remote system, and click “the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen>account settings >change Citrix Receiver >use the full version”. When the switch is complete, please restart the remote system. If the permission question window pops up, please choose "full access" resource permission.
