A1:If you want to remove the internet blockage, follow these steps: 1. Make sure your computer is not infected with viruses, your operating system and applications are up-to-date, and you have updated antivirus software installed. If it's a copyright infringement case, check the listed infringing software or files. 2. After removing any viruses or malware (using antivirus software or reinstalling the operating system), contact the network administrator to remove the blockage. If it's a copyright infringement, follow the campus network intellectual property rights procedure. If there's no infringement, just reply "no infringement" and contact the network administrator to lift the blockage. 3. The Computer Center will handle the case as follows: (1) If it's a first-time offense that didn't cause a network paralysis, the network administrator will remove the blockage after receiving an explanation. (2) If the same issue happens two or more times, the blockage period will be extended by 1-7 days depending on the situation. (3) If there is a network paralysis caused by the issue, the network in that area will be blocked for 5 days, and then reviewed based on the improvement status. (4) If it's a copyright infringement, follow the campus network intellectual property rights procedure. 4. The network team will remove the blockage and inform you. |

A1:若要解除網路封鎖,申請流程如下: 1.確認電腦是否感染惡意程式、作業系統或應用程式是否有更新、是否安裝防毒軟體(包含特徵碼更新)。若是為侵權案件,請檢視所列舉之侵權軟體或檔案。 2.移除惡意程式後(如使用防毒軟體移除感染之程式,或重新安裝作業系統等處理措施),聯繫網管人員解除封鎖。若為侵權案件,依校園網路智慧財產權疑似侵權處理程序處理;如無侵權事實,請直接回覆「無侵權」,聯繫網管人員解除封鎖。 3.電算中心程序處理 (1)同個事件為初犯,且非癱瘓區域網路之行為,網路管理人員接到說明後直接解除封鎖。 (2)同個事件發生 2 次(含)以上,表示尚未改善,將延長封鎖期限 1 - 7 天,再視改善狀況來處理。 (3)若為癱瘓區域網路者,一律封鎖 5 天,再視改善狀況來處理。 (4)若為侵權,依照校園網路智慧財產權疑似侵權處理程序處理。 4.網路組解除封鎖並通知使用者。 |
