112/12/20 Training on Leveraging ChatGPT to Enhance Work Efficiency – Copywriting / Presentation Design / Short Video Production (Using CapCut)
We were honored to invite Mr. Ricky Yen Yu-Hsien, Marketing Director of the Marketing Planning Department at Fenghe Creative Co., Ltd., to conduct the course. The training focused on Leveraging ChatGPT to Enhance Work Efficiency – Copywriting / Presentation Design / Short Video Production (Using CapCut). The course began with an introduction to ChatGPT software, covering AI-assisted copywriting, AI presentation design, AI short video production, and sharing practical experiences in social media marketing. This allowed participating faculty, staff, and students to gain a deeper understanding of applying ChatGPT to improve work efficiency.
The course opened with a welcoming speech and an introduction to campus website and social media matters by Mr. Lin Yi-Nan, Director of the Library and Information Services. Participants included social media managers from each unit and all faculty, staff, and students. Mr. Yen shared his practical experience, explaining social media optimization, photography, video production, brand rejuvenation, and integrated marketing, emphasizing the importance and practicality of effectively using ChatGPT.
During the course, Mr. Yen also presented practical case studies using AI projection technology at concerts and AI-simulated voices, highlighting the correct mindset for using AI tools to maximize the benefits of ChatGPT.
