Dear faculty and colleagues,

In order to ensure the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the information on our Chinese and English websites, as well as to facilitate access to relevant information by students, faculty, staff, and external parties, we held the "Campus Website and Social Media Competition" from August to October 2023 to encourage administrative and academic units to maintain and improve their web content.

A total of 30 units participated in the competition. We appreciate the efforts of all web administrators who carefully reviewed their web design and made improvements based on feedback from the previous competition, their own planning, or reference to other schools. We were particularly impressed with their dedication to enhancing visual design, interface operation, and browsing convenience on mobile devices.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the judges and students and faculty who participated in the voting. Your valuable feedback will serve as a reference for future improvements, so that students, faculty, staff, and external parties can quickly find the information they need on our campus website.

We would like to remind all units of the task of bilingualizing their websites since September 22, 2023. Please check if the corresponding switch pages for Chinese and English can be switched normally. For those units whose Chinese websites cannot be switched to the corresponding English pages, please gradually integrate the data into the corresponding pages of the Chinese and English websites (the first part of the URL for the corresponding pages has the same number, with the only difference being "zh-tw" for Chinese and "en" for English).

本次競賽的後續追蹤，10/20(五)至10/27(五)將分別以notes提供「應改善項目」與「得精進項目」給各參賽單位（本次參賽單位為教學和研究單位共30個網站），請於113年3月31日前以notes回覆「應改善項目」。
