一、Content：

1.Participants：All undergraduate students (fourth-year students)

2.Schedule：2023/10/30~2023/11/29

3.Anyone who registers to participate is eligible for the Participation Prize draw.

4.Registrants must complete the filling of any two items：

(1)The information of the information item

(2)The Autobiography of the information item

(3)The Association of the learning history

(4)The Extracurricular Activities of the learning history

(5)The Internship of the learning history

(6)The Part-time of the learning history

(7)The Competition of the learning history

(8)The Class Leadership of the learning history

(9)The Service-Learning of the learning history

(10)The License of the learning history

5.Participants who have been reviewed and have indeed completed the required entries are eligible to participate in the 'Completion Prize draw.

6.Announcement of the Winners: The list of winners will be posted by 5:00 PM on November 30, 2023, and the winners will be notified via their school email.

7.Claiming the Prize: Please redeem your prize at the library by December 30, 2023 (please bring your student ID). Failure to do so by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture. (Except for junior students with part-time jobs; we will hold your prize until December 30, 2024).

二、Prizes：

1. Participation Prize： e-portfolio 2024 notebook, a total of 80 copies.

2. Completion Prize ：

First Prize:

Convenience store voucher worth 300 NT dollars for 1 winner.

Second Prize:

Convenience store voucher worth 200 NT dollars for 1 winner.

Third Prize:

Convenience store voucher worth 100 NT dollars for 1 winner.

三、Notices：

1.For designated entry fields, please set the access level to "Open" or "Members Only.

2.In case, during the review, designated entry fields (excluding personal information) cannot be accessed due to access level not being set as "Open" or "Members Only," the right to participate in the "Completion Prize" draw will be forfeited.

3.If any content within the e-portfolio violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or similar matters, upon verification, the prize eligibility will be revoked, and legal responsibilities will be borne by the individual involved.
