112/12/21 Training on Creating a One-Page (RWD) Promotional Webpage Using Canva (Including ‘Portaly’ Application & Design)
We were honored to invite Mr. Ricky Yen Yu-Hsien, Marketing Director of the Marketing Planning Department at Fenghe Creative Co., Ltd., to conduct the course. The training focused on Creating a One-Page (RWD) Promotional Webpage Using Canva (Including ‘Portaly’ Application & Design). The course began by introducing the features of five major social media platforms, followed by an overview of Canva software, one-page (RWD) webpages, and Portaly, with hands-on practice and sharing of practical experience. This allowed participating faculty, staff, and students to gain a deeper understanding of creating one-page promotional webpages with Canva.
The course participants included website administrators, social media managers, and all faculty, staff, and students. Mr. Yen first demonstrated the use of ChatGPT and Canva, emphasizing that social media platforms are concentrated spaces for potential audiences. He also explained the importance of CTA (Call to Action), showing how different social media channels such as official websites, Google Maps, Facebook, LINE communities, Instagram, and YouTube can be used to drive traffic. The instructor also taught participants how to use supporting tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and InShot, including methods to connect ChatGPT to the Internet of Things.
Through hands-on exercises, participants received interactive guidance and practical case explanations, enabling them to create their own one-page promotional webpages using Canva and Portaly.
