publish date : 2026-04-01 update date : 2026-04-01

【Event Description】

This event focuses on common issues related to teaching material use and copyright in teaching settings, helping participants understand the copyright risks and lawful use principles that may be involved when preparing lessons, teaching classes, creating presentation slides, quoting images and videos, using online resources, and using generative AI tools. Through practical case sharing, the course will explain important concepts such as reproduction of teaching materials, public transmission, fair use, citation attribution, and obtaining authorization, and will also analyze common questions arising in campus teaching scenarios. The aim is to enhance teachers’ and staff members’ understanding of and sensitivity to intellectual property rights, establish correct concepts for the use of teaching resources, and avoid unintentionally violating copyright regulations due to unfamiliarity with the law.
