If you encounter issues when accessing data reports, please try viewing the data directly via the GA4 interface. Alternatively, feel free to email us — we’ll assist you by clicking through to the GA4 interface and sending you the link directly.

If you've already logged in but are prompted to sign in again, please check the top-right corner of the page to ensure you're using your designated department account. Switching back to the correct account should allow you to view the data properly.
