【Background Information】

104 Job Bank has recently published the "Generation Scroll Anxiety" research report, based on a survey of 1,114 job-seeking members aged 18 to 30. The findings reveal that phenomena such as social comparison, AI anxiety, and self-negation are increasingly affecting young people's learning motivation, career exploration, and sense of agency.

Key findings include:
• 54.4% describe themselves as being under high stress
• 38.5% experience feelings of inferiority due to social comparison
• 48.3% have held back from submitting job applications out of a sense of inadequacy
• AI has become the second most common channel young people turn to for emotional support
