The 2026 Campus Website and Social Media Competition:Competition Introduction
1. Purpose: To urge all teaching and research units and administrative units to continuously maintain the quality of their website and social media content, and to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of that information so that faculty, staff and students on campus as well as people outside the university can readily obtain information about the university, the 2026 Campus Website and Social Media Competition will be held.
2. Organizer: Office of the Secretary.
3. Co-organizer: Office of Library and Information Services, Library.
4. Participating Units: 32 websites in the Administrative Unit Group and specialized websites, divided into three sessions for the "Website Presentation and Review Meetings"; non-participating units: 32 websites of the teaching and research units.

6. Awards: The results will be announced on the university homepage, and winners will be publicly commended at the administrative meeting. The awards are as follows:

7. Notes:
- Competition websites must be built on the university's campus website platform.
- The managers of each website and social media account are responsible for the ongoing updating and maintenance of the site and its social media, and for answering questions about their unit's business.
- The Library will provide technical consultation on websites and social media, and will hold a workshop on a date to be selected after the competition formally begins.
- All website and social media materials must comply with intellectual property laws. Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in disqualification and the recovery of all awards; where the law is broken, the unit concerned bears its own responsibility.
- Website and social media content must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act; personal data must not be placed on publicly accessible web pages.
- Accessibility design standards should refer to the National Communications Commission's Accessible Web Space Service website.
- Units that fail to fulfil their website updating responsibilities will be reported to the university for its reference.
- Entries and submissions taking part in competitions and activities of the campus website and social media platforms may be used by the university on its own campus website and social media platforms. Entries must be the entrant's own original work and must not infringe the copyright of others.
