1. Meeting Dates: 2026/8/6 (Thu) morning and afternoon - 2026/8/7 (Fri) morning
2. Venue: Computer Classroom, 1st Floor, Library and Information Services Building
3. Meeting Notes:
- The 20 participating websites are divided into three sessions. Each unit must appoint someone to attend and give the presentation; absence without good reason is treated as withdrawal from the competition.
- Each website has a total of 10 minutes. In the first 5 minutes, the unit gives its presentation at the lectern computer in the "Computer Classroom, 1st Floor, Library and Information Services Building" by opening its website and using the "F12" function. A reminder is given at 4 minutes and a bell sounds at 5 minutes. In the following 5 minutes, the judges will ask questions about the website and offer comments.
- After your presentation and the judges' questions, please leave during that session's break where possible. If you leave the classroom immediately after presenting, please avoid disturbing the next unit's presentation. However, you must attend the judges' summing-up on 8/7.
4. Judges: Three in total.
