To apply for the creation of a new website, each unit must download and complete the following forms:
※ Standard document approval process: Select Parallel Countersign and remove Instructions, then forward to GIS Office or Ms. Chou for countersignature.
※ Special cases approval process: Select Parallel Countersign and forward the document to the President for approval, then send to GIS Office or Ms. Chou for countersignature.
After submitting the website creation application, the unit must also complete the Campus Server Setup Application Form (DNS) and send it to the Computer Center.
