圖資大樓1樓國際會議廳與8樓會議室之管理單位為總務處，請依總務處規定在NOTES系統填寫申請表，並洽總務處領取鑰匙。

The management unit for the International Conference Hall on the 1st floor and the Meeting Room on the 8th floor of the Library and Information Building is the General Affairs Office. Please follow the regulations of the General Affairs Office to fill out the application form in the NOTES system and contact the Office of General Affairs to obtain the keys.
