一、Meeting Dates: 2023/8/23 (Wed) AM/PM to 2023/8/24 (Thu) AM/PM
二、Meeting Location: Computer Classroom on the 1st floor of the Library
三、Meeting Details:
- The 30 participating websites are divided into four sessions. It is mandatory to assign personnel to attend and report. Absence without reason will be considered as forfeiting the competition.
- Each website has a total of 10 minutes. For the first 5 minutes, each unit will report by using the "F12" function on the website webpage on the computer at the presentation table in the Computer Classroom on the 1st floor of the Library. There will be a reminder at 4 minutes and a bell at 5 minutes. For the remaining 5 minutes, the judges will ask questions and provide comments regarding the website.
- After the report and judging questions are finished, please leave during the break time of that session if possible. If you leave the classroom immediately after the report, please avoid affecting the next unit's presentation. However, it is mandatory to attend the judging summary on 8/24.
四、Judges: A total of three judges.
五、Scoring Categories: The 8/23-8/24 website report and review meeting accounts for 70%, and the post-review website inspection from 9/4 to 9/8 accounts for 30%, totaling 100%.
