Introduction：In order to establish guidelines for the acquisition of books, periodicals, and media materials, as well as for collection management and reader services, and to provide the necessary information for general education, practical teaching, and professional learning, the Ming Chi University of Technology Library Management Operations Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "these regulations") are hereby formulated.
